It\u2019s more like a disconnect..between who you are and how you&#8217;re living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you\u2019re stuck, you might find yourself asking questions like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Why am I so overwhelmed by the smallest things?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Why do I feel like I\u2019m just going through the motions?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Why can\u2019t I figure out what I need?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These questions matter. They&#8217;re your nervous system\u2019s way of saying: <em>Hey, something\u2019s not right.
